National Directory of Tribal Justice Systems

Including Designated ICWA Contacts

The National Directory of Tribal Justice Systems is made possible through the funding support of Casey Family Programs.  In collaboration with Casey Family Programs, NAICJA updated and revised its national directory to include contact information for tribal justice systems in addition to Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) tribal contact information for notice purposes and tribes’ tribal affiliations.

NAICJA would like to take the opportunity to thank Casey Family Programs for its generous support and collaboration on this project.  Casey Family Programs is the nation’s largest operating foundation focused entirely on enhancing permanency outcomes for children in foster care and improving the child welfare system. Founded in 1966, Casey Family Programs works to provide and improve – and ultimately prevent the need for – foster care in the United States.
